With over 25 years of water ingress to the building and a variety of specialists being engaged to rectify the issue such as Engineers, Consultants, Builders, plumbers and water proofers, success was only achieved through Leak Detection Solutions.
The issue of water ingress caused many disturbances, loss of income, maintenance and repair costs and Leak Detection Solutions were engaged to source the water ingress issue. A plan was implemented to access the façade and with use of a knuckle boom. A varierty of equipment was used to determine various water ingress locations throughout façade to all eight levels in 5 days of vigorous testing by 3 experienced personnel.
Upon completion of testing Leak Detection Solutions provided us with a detailed report and repair methodology which to date has resolved all water ingress concerns.
